Scala Maintenance Scala undertakes to provide Licensee with remote and/or on-site software maintenance services including Software Follow-up, Software Support, Software Assistance and Correction Services. Licensee is obligated to pay annual maintenance fees and, where appropriate, service fees as specified.

Monthly charge ----> Call
Support Agreement Recommended for those who already have hardware and EDP resource but lack of software support. It gives you a number to call for support, assuming that you are using standard software including the ones developed by us. Other software can also be included without any extra charge as long as we have access to the software source provided by you or your supplier. You have 2 days seminar session for your staff per year held in our office. Support only given via telephone and fax.
Monthly charge Minimum US$ 70.00 or US$ 9.00 per staff included.

Service Agreement Recommended for those who need support on maintaining and repairing your computer stuff while you can still have your own supplier. Routine check-up is made monthly, and preventive repairs are made after your confirmation. Labor cost for upgrades/changes made in your office under reasonable conditions is completely free. Errors reported during normal work hour are repaired within 24 hours (inside Jakarta). Spare parts and other consumable supplies are not included.

Network & file server is priced after their specification.
Spare Part Insurance This includes both Support and Service agreements, and also gives you free spare parts. In case your equipment cannot be repaired within 24 hours then you will have a replacement temporarily while it's being fixed. All possible spare parts for your estimated system are included, while consumable supplies are not.
Monthly charge Minimum US$ 350.00 or
US$ 27.00 per workstation/printer. Network & file server is priced after their specification.

Management Information System (MIS) This includes Support, Service, and Spare Part Insurance agreements. We develop the information system as you wish, make changes as your request, and implement it in your offices. Regarding to this, we can direct our staff to handle problems occurred in your remote offices (travel cost outside Jakarta is excluded). You can also have us hold trainings and seminars. An evaluation meeting is held once a month.
Monthly charge Minimum US$ 700.00 or
US$ 35.00 per workstation/printer. Network & file server is priced after their specification.

Frame Agreement It's a service that provides you support and services in occasional term. This has no time limit, and the clients only pay for the works done by us as per request.

E-Mail Service It's a hosting service for mail server. We provide you an intelligent server that serves email routines from your office to the whole world, and vice versa. In this case, we put the mail server in our place for maintaining.

Scala Admin It's almost similar to MIS, the only difference is it's focusing on Scala development. We prefer to call it as Scala Help Desk.

Online Support (OS) The full Online Support is actually the most flexible and effective cost support gives to Scala Clients. We will train some of IT-Accounting Personnel in the respective company and setup the so-called Scala Administrator that specifically handles Scala. However, since Scala is somewhat a complex system, there are also additional requests such as monthly checkup, routine updates, service packs, etc, and this is where OS takes place and answers this need.
Special Note You will save 50% from the AOS, and another 25% if you purchase Scala Maintenance agreement from Atlantis.
